I really need advice and motivation. It's been 2 years!

Hey everyone. I'm not new to FB. I've done FB Fit and abs many times. But I was pregnant last year, and now with the baby, I don't know where to start. Let me explain.

I had C-section and of course I couldn't workout for a while. Plus, I think I really should do abdominal rehab (I still haven't done it yet..... Maybe it's too late). My belly looks horrible and I gained overall weight. I hate looking at myself. I also miss the energy I used to have when I was fit.

I started a diet a few months ago but I stopped, or paused.. I don't know. It's hard sometimes.

With the baby and the fact that I work from home, I don't know when I can workout, and also I don't know if I should start FBFit again at the same time as the abs rehab.

Sorry for the long post. I don't know what to do and where to start. I don't feel I have the energy! Thank you for your time I appreciate you reading and eventually not necessarily replying. Don't hesitate to share your experience with me :)
