Question for the women out there!

Hey everyone,

As some of you know, I am doing a sugar fast right now and am 7 days into it. I have been experiencing A LOT of mood & mental disturbance and my period is also 3 days late (I always have very regular periods). I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this when starting a healthy diet? How long did it last for you? Because, I’m beginning to find this rather unbearable. 🤪 How of you cope with it? What do you do to bring yourself peace of mind and help you get through the tough PMS (or sugar withdrawal) symptoms?
