I'm so strong now!!

I've started using FB programs in December. I was using 3 lbs, 5 lbs and 10 lbs weights. All was going well but it has been a while since I had those great postworkout endrophins. So today I decided to borrow my husband's power blocks. I used 25 pounds for deadlifts and for squats!! I guess it's time for me to step it up! I feel so energized and ready to go tackle all of today's chores!
