Week 1 of Fit R3 Complete!

Woo hooo! Week 1 is in the books already. I can't believe how fast this week has flown by.

My upper body is SORE from day 4's workout. My lower body doesn't feel too sore, so I'm thinking that I'll need to bump up the weight going forward. It's awesome to see that I'm getting stronger! I've had to slightly increase my weight for some UB moves and I was able to do full push ups for longer than I usually can. Typically I can do 3 or 4 before I have to go to half push ups, but yesterday I was able to do 9 before going to a half push up. My next goal is 10. 😊

I know week 2 steps up the intensity a bit more. I'm excited to see the challenge next week will bring!
