Kind of late but.....

This was how successful my August workouts were 😁😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻. I've been sticking to my yoga routines for the past month and it's been something I've enjoyed! I spaced out 3 yoga workouts last week because I wasn't in the mood for more and I feel like I may only do 3 this week as well. I've also been walking on the side to get some cardio benefit but I've been loving the strength and flexibility yoga has given me.

I haven't posted this week on the community as I haven't really been on my phone all too much recently lol so here's to a late August check in 🥂
