I can’t seem to lose any more weight no matter what I do, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’m a 31 year old female, about 5’10” and weigh 165 lbs with an endomorph body type. At my heaviest I weighed 203, but have been maintaining the weight I am now for about a year. I would just like to lose 10 more lbs but it just seems impossible. My diet is low carb/high fat, I do strength training 2-3 times a week and HIIT twice a week, but I’ve only been able to lose 2 lbs in the past month and a half and I see very little difference in my appearance. What at am I doing wrong? Any advice or tips at all would be much appreciated!
