Yay fbabs week 1 complete.

I am feeling nice and sore and accomplished after day5 fbabs. Today's workout went by very fast with not many breaks in between... I think I need to work on plank reach...

I may just do 1-2 stretch yoga Pilates tomorrow or completely relax.

I'll keep Monday free for the new video coming up by K&D. And Tuesday it's week2.
