Ascending Rep Pilates Workout with Resistance Band Burnout

Kelli created this lower body strengthening and toning workout that thoroughly targets the smaller supportive muscles of the legs and glutes, and you will not be disappointed. You won’t need any equipment at all, though a resistance band will help you step up the challenge in the second half of the workout, and you may benefit from a thick exercise mat if you’re not already on a soft surface.

Bringing mindfulness of movement to a workout like this one can improve your mobility and bodily control across the board, making strength and fitness gains more likely, while reducing the chances of injury (both during workouts and during your day-to-day life).
