Late to the party - My first workout with Tasha

Hello Blendies! Hope you're all staying healthy and safe wherever you are.

I have been away from FB family lately. Not so many workouts done since February due to stress/fatigue at work and lower back + knee pain + heat wave a couple of months ago. All I did was some long-gentle-relaxing Yin Yoga (deep stretch), a few short and easy level 3 workout here and there and some relaxing walks after work sometimes.

Low-impact mode with slower pace and proper form. Swap some moves with easier ones. I don't care about how many reps I can perform (can't manage to count anyway haha). I just follow along the video. Time flies! Everything's packed under 30 minutes.

I feel like I still can do more at the end of the workout. But I choose to stop there because I don't want to make myself hate exercises. I guess this first step isn't too bad as a comeback.

Now I'm off to the kitchen to get something healthy to eat.
