Healthy Eating and Exercise

This should go without saying, but sometimes we might just need a reminder.

Don't think of healthy eating and exercise as punishment.

Instead, think of how lucky we are to be able to affect our health and abilities in positive ways. Think about how wonderful healthy food makes you feel. Think about that amazing feeling and sense of accomplishment after exercising.
