Modifications, Upcoming Releases, and September FB Plus Challenge

One of the things we’re most proud of here at Fitness Blender is that we have such a wide variety of content, suitable for virtually any fitness level. We are also very careful to point out that modifications and adjustments to any given workout, challenge, or program are absolutely reasonable and expected.

The last thing any of us want, of course, is to derail our fitness journey because we push too hard, or try to tackle something that is too difficult (for now). So, our reminder for today is:

“Make modifications as you need to, so that nothing ends up being a roadblock to progress.”
