Difficulty rating query

Just thought I’d see if anyone has any thoughts to add on this one’s rating - it seems oddly low to me.

I added it to an upper body isolation workout this morning and it definitely didn’t feel like a 2 to me! Possibly because of the extra-long intervals they’ve assumed we’ll opt for much lighter weights than usual, but it still seems a little off to me.
