I created a new exercise for myself by accident.

I made the decision to not exercise yesterday, leg day, as I had to drive from Arizona to California, easily a 5 hour drive with traffic, to go see my kids, 4 and 8. After eating dinner with them, my 4 year old decided he was done playing with my phone and wanted to play, so I picked him up and held him in front of my body and did goblet squats with him, but he's a big kid, so his feet kept hitting the floor. After about 15 reps, I decided to get him on my back and did 15 more. Whew!! I immediately felt the burn in my legs and butt after and even today. "Aiden Squats" is now a customized workout for me to add on to any leg day.

I workout so I can do things like that. Also, because monkey see, monkey do.. My 8 year old still thinks she's small and wants to do the same as little bro. I'll be ready next time.
