Enjoy your Rest Days

It's been said at least a billion times before and yet for a lot of us it never quite sinks in so here I am to say it again (to you, reader, and to myself):

Enjoy your rest days. Eat as you usually would. Doing less in a day is not necessarily a bad thing. The rest that you take now and the care that you give yourself during that rest will ultimately lead to a more successful workout on another day, and a happier existence in general.

21 y/o LLB/BA student whose mind keeps drifting off into panicking about the fact that she has barely moved today, and has spent way too long considering whether she is still "allowed" the cookie despite taking an extra rest day due to her entire body aching

Spoiler alert: She's having the god damn cookie (in fact she will probably have 3 and a glass of coconut water because it tastes amazing)
