Wishing everyone a very happy and fabulous Tuesday. Yesterday in the kitchen was not as spectacular as some. Basically a leftovers day and cleaning out the fridge getting ready for a shopping run Storm is making today.
So here you have it. Salad. Yes that humble dish that practically anyone can make with unlimited ingredient options. Tonight was fish from taco/burrito night, red onion, olive, shredded crookneck, mix baby greens, and garlic dressing. Riding side saddle is some leftover sourdough wheat bread from Sunday and purple pesto lightly broil.
