Does anyone keep a journal for each video?

Wondering if anyone has any good ideas for tracking progress or thoughts on individual videos. I know there is a notes feature on the calendar but for those notes they just stay on that date and don't attach to the specific video, am I correct? But I'd like to keep track of stuff for each video so when i repeat it I know how I did last time, how much I lifted, or how many pushups I did in the burnout, etc, or if its a video I can't do (I try to avoid crunches due to neck pain/back problems) I could link to an alternative workout or describe alternate core moves to subsitute for that day. I'm thinking about making a spreadsheet but wondering if there's a simple/obvious solution I am missing. Thanks!!
