Feeling kind of 😢

The last couple of days, I have noticed periods of sadness. A lot of things have reminded me of mom. I would think at this point the memories would make me smile, but sometimes … šŸ˜•

There have been no changes to my life, except for eating one ice cream bar the last few days. I’m wondering if this is screwing with my hormones. I typically avoid dairy … and I’m not a fan of chocolate.

What do you recommend to get out of a funk?
