Feeling inspired to try Fit 3

Hi everyone! I want to share my enthusiasm and excitement about some progress that is inspiring me to challenge myself. I just finished the Mass program today. On Wednesday, one of the exercises in the video was a chest fly. I've done that one 10000 times, and I could only ever manage to use 5 lb dumbells for it. But on Wednesday, I used 10 lb ones! And got the full range of motion!! Got some nice DOMS for the next day and a half, too.

So in the spirit of further challenging myself, I'm gonna start the Fit 3 program next week. The Fit programs always kinda scared me hearing about how tough they are...and those 1000 calorie workouts. But the only way I'll find out if I can do it or not...is to actually do it. so first thing Monday morning, I'm gonna start. I can't wait to see what I'm capable of.
