Last day this week for a kitchen post. If someone wants to do it over the weekend, please feel free.
Yesterday in the kitchen was pretty slow. So, dinner: Vegetarian Stroganoff. This is a vegetarian dish and can very easily be converted to vegan with the replacement of the egg noodles to some pasta that is egg free. Other than that, it is a mushroom veggie stock base (mentioned earlier in the week) and thickened with blended raw cashews. Carrots,onions, celery, mushrooms, and broccoli round out the veggies.
