Kind of cool

So today I repeated a work out video focused on strength. I had switched from FB Strong to FB Fitr3, and this one was one of the first weight lifting ones from Strong, with Kelli. It's been three weeks since I took it, and I do feel the difference. I was able to lift 5 lbs more, and what was really cool was that I felt like I trusted my body more. Does anyone else have fear of lowering down on squats and lunges (and push ups in particular) because you think you can't get up again? I realize I am not so scared of that anymore, so my form is better. As a result, I also feel the workouts more the next day, so I must be hitting the muscles better. My scale is going up again, but I am trying to ignore it, eating well but not counting calories. Hope everyone is doing OK!
