Today's workout was HIIT+strength and it was amazing. Sweat fest. My arms and legs are jello. I have only 3,5 &10 lb dumbbells.but I pushed myself...since it was only 3 exercises in HIIT I was ok though repeat 4 times was bit boring.
NP: I still hate jump squats๐๐๐
