Taking longer to heal...

Hey FB family, just wondering if anyone has experienced similar. I have worked out with FB for over a decade, and have always been fit and worked out regularly. I used to be able to work out pretty much as much as I wanted, whatever workout I fancied that day. Now however, I seem to be taking longer to heal than I ever used to, even after just a bodyweight cardio not focused particularly on one muscle group. But my hamstrings and glutes and sometimes hipflexors take days to heal. I have to take way more rest days than I used to. I don't understand why! I have 2 kids under 4, I'm tired from that I guess but that doesn't explain why my hamstrings are sore more. I'm only 34. Any thoughts lovely people? Thanks x
