Well, I missed four days in a row (thanks to that time of the month) but I'm back at it and feeling strong and very sore.
Yesterday's workout was brutal and today's felt so good!
Yesterday I made homemade veggie patties and I can't wait to cook them up today. What a long process! But I think it's going to be so worth it.

Anyway, happy taco Tuesday! We always do tacos on Tuesdays in our house. Do you guys do a menu or designate a day to a certain type of food?
