Workout with injured arm

Hey guys, really quick question as I wanna jump into a workout later on today. I pulled my bicep muscles while playing volleyball with balloons two days ago (I know, I'm very talented, thank you very much 😪) but I still want to workout as I've had quite a period with no workouts. Thing is, I don't know what workout to do that won't use my arm.

Should I do an upper body workout but just not use my injured right arm? Since that's the stronger side, I'd give me a chance to train my left side better and I'd sure give a heck of a challenge. Or what workout do you guys know that I could do, injured arm in consideration? Thanks in advance guys 💕
