Since I started exercising regularly again (following the programs) my exercise mat has been quite literally destroyed. I bought fairly cheap yoga mat few months ago that looked pretty when not in use, however when out of the wardrobe and in actual use it started flaking and tearing pretty badly instantly - I don't really think you're supposed to be using these mats with shoes on! Long story short, my other half is losing patience as the flakes get stuck to me during a routine and then get spread round the house after I finish my workout, and flakes can be found everywhere.

Can anyone recommend a good, DURABLE exercise mat that can be used with shoes? Any idea what mat K & D are using? Would be nice if it didn't break the bank!
