Video suggestion!

I absolutely adore the upperbody split workouts! They are so comprehensive and thorough and leave me so sore every time šŸ˜. Anyways, It got me thinking tho how awesome it would be to have a series of lower body split workouts aswell (presented in a similar format).

For example

1 vid • glutes

2 vid • quads

3 vid • calves

Haha I’m not very good at muscle anatomy but I’m sure there are some more intricate muscles you could also hit within each vid šŸ˜…

What do you guys think? Would you like a workout series like this?
