Thank You FB Community!

I am a Registered Dietitian and my pastor’s wife asked me to do a talk on nutrition for our next women’s group at church. I am going to be speaking on “Nutrition Red Flags” I.e. unhealthy fads and advice that is so frustratingly prevalent these days. There are unfortunately so many bad examples from other “fitness/health” communities that I have included in my PPT. So I am super thankful to be able to refer my friends to Fitness Blender as an example of a balanced, holistic, evidence-based community. Yay FB!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
