Making Sure That Time Spent Exercising is Time Well Spent

Thinking about the old adage, “work smarter, not harder,” this definitely applies to exercise too.

Since none of us have unlimited time to work out, you (absolutely) want to be sure that your time spent exercising is maximally beneficial.

But how do you do that?

Well, our overall advice is to make sure you pick an approach that trains the body comprehensively, in a way that is balanced, and focused on good health.
