Daily Check-in: Thursday, August 12th

And just like that, it's a Friday Eve.

So how is everyone today? ..I have a cloudscape photo complete with Swallow Tail Kites swirling around with a rainbow effect going on. I heard the birds and looked up to a neat sky. What more can I say? It was beautiful.

Anyway, so how are you moving that amazing body of yours? I didn't have time for a workout yesterday, so I'll see if I can do it or something today.

And what about your real food? I think it might be chicken. Or fish. Maybe both. I know, I'm such a planner. I'll think about it later.

What to think about now though is ghosting (guest hosting)! This weekend we have the supreme pleasure of an Alexi/Adrienne combo. Wonderful!

And as far as who would like to do the weekend after and beyond do speak up! The schedule is empty and we'd love to see you in it! No rhyme or reason to (g)hosting a weekend. Basically a you do you approach. All are welcome to try.
