Pictures help

I just couldn't resist taking a picture today! I was feeling bloated and bleh all day long and after my workout, I walked passed the mirror and thought: "Damn, I'm getting abs". Even though my underwear appears to be slightly visible there :D I still wanted to share with you guys. Sometimes your brain tricks you into thinking you're "fat" or whatever, and I always found that pictures like this help. So if I have another bad day like that, I'll just pull up this picture and think: "oh yeah, I got them abs going".
