Start Where Your Body Needs You to Start

It doesn't matter how fit someone else is, or where you think you should be, you have to be willing to start where your body needs you to start.

This is true for your daily workouts even if you’re an experienced exerciser, to be honest, but particularly important if you’re just starting out (or just re-starting exercise). Don’t make any assumptions, but take the time to consciously check in with yourself every day, and adjust your workouts accordingly.
