Pregnancy and PP Journey

Well it's been quite the rollercoaster. I can't believe how much my body has changed and gained and lost and gained and lost and gained and lost in the last four years.πŸ™ƒ

It's just incredible what our bodies are capable of! I turned 30 this year and am 7 months postpartum. It's my goal to be the strongest and healthiest I've ever been, and to not compare myself and my journey to others, but to only myself.

My short term goal is to complete the current program I'm on (2 weeks left) and then start right into STRONG. ☺️ Keep up on the gallon of water a day, and cut back on caffeine.

Shout out to all the moms and moms to be out there. It's so hard but so worth it.
