week 31 goal evaluation - help needed: fear of falling

My goals last week were:

*eat 2 pieces of fruit daily and opt for healthy snacks:

I did pretty well with this goal. I snacked less and when I did it wasn’t horrible.. This week will be interesting since my period is coming up.. I am going to continue this goal until it becomes a habit..

*try a deeper range of motion in my mobility program:

Went okay. Some moves are hard. I can get my heels closer to the ground in downward dog position, which is a big improvement.

Yesterday I went bouldering again and I am at a point where I can’t make progress because of my fear of falling. The harder the boulderproblems become, the more jumping / leaping is involved and the smaller the grips get, so I get scared. I asked the bouldering community for tips and got quite a few, so I am going to work on that for the next couple of weeks.. Do you / did you have any fears when it came to workout and what did you do to overcome them?

I am adding some FB workouts to my mobility program for diversity. I did an upper body warmup and shoulder workout today and then 15 minutes of the mobility program. I like that format as well..

Goals for this week:

*eat 2 pieces of fruit daily (until it becomes a habit)

*work on overcoming my fear of falling at the bouldering hall

*add strength training onto my mobility program 2 or 3 days per week
