Commit to Showing Up and Working Hard

When it comes to working out and eating well, no one said it is easy. There is no quick fix or magic pill you can take. You have to commit to showing up and working hard.

The good news is that you can absolutely improve your health and build greater functional fitness, and who doesn’t want that, right? And the other piece of good news is that it doesn’t take expensive equipment, long hours in the gym, or fancy supplements.

Do what you can, when you can, and whether you’re just starting out today or have been at it for years, congratulate yourself for showing up.
