👻checkin Sunday 8-8

Hello again all you lovely blenderbuddies on this (for me) very early Sunday morning. It’s 6.30 now and in about half an hour I am off for another nature conservation day. It’s a 90 minute drive from here, but worth it as it is one of my two most favourite places. (As photo from a while ago shows)! But enough about me. It’s all about you now!

What has/had your day got in store for you workoutwise? To FB or not to FB? That’s the question! FBing it or not in whatever shape or form it’s all allowed, remember!!! It’s only your body and yours alone that you have to listen to, nobody else can tell you as well as your own body can.

What has/had your day got in store for you on the food front? We’ll be coming back latish today and too tired to cook, so either a restaurant, a takeaway or a freezer meal. Sorry, not very inspiring, I know! Lots of you out here are far more inspiring on the food front. So again: let’s hear it from you!!!! That’s all that counts. Talk to you later!!!
