Kickboxing was a fun way to switch it up today. So far I'm really loving this 30 round 4! It's been a few days since I've checked in, but I have completed every day, and added in some extra stretching and foam rolling, and it's been so much fun.
I already feel stronger and more flexible, and it's exciting to work on myself each day.
I tried to post in here the last couple days in the nutrition section, but was having some technical difficulties.
The customer service here is really great though they have been trying to figure it out.
I'm not big into scales but I decided to check my weight because I was feeling a little slimmer, and I'm down 2.5lbs in under two weeks.
I make Sunday my "cheat day" but a couple nights ago I enjoyed some taco pizza with the fam :)
Just rambling here, so I'll try to post some of my favorite recipes later today.
