Today’s new FB Plus workout is for all of you HIIT lovers out there.
This beast of a workout is a full-on level 5, even though it is under 30 minutes. The workout is not for those new to exercise, but it can be made easier with low impact modifications.
The routine uses the traditional Tabata style, but the exercises and combinations are intended to really bring a challenge that will leave even the most veteran exerciser panting and dripping sweat.
