Making it work, weight bench and upper body strength

So just a funny little thing I've found I have to do when I use my weight bench for upper body stuff. I am 5'1" so I got short legs and my bench height does not adjust lower so my legs don't reach when I lie down for upper body work, but because I like the extra range of motion I get using the bench I end up pushing up into a bridge like Kelli does on the floor so I can still use my bench lol. It's kind of funny, but it takes a lot more balance and focus because 1, I do not want to fall off the side of it and 2, I really have to focus to not fall over as well as focusing on what exercise we are doing lol. Just thought I'd share, I laugh about it thought it would make my FB fam laugh as well. Also, maybe there are others like me that are shorter who have this same problem :).
