Substitutes for Certain Exercises?

Hello Blender Peeps!

I can't put pressure on my wrists and knees so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for substitutes for exercises that require you to be on hands and knees like:

- Fire Hydrants

- Kneeling Leg Raises/Donkey Kicks

- Bird Dogs

Also, exercises like:

- Side Planks/Side Plank Dips

- Planks in general

Or even ideas on how to take pressure off my wrists and knees when doing them. Thank you in advance!
