After swim stretching?

Calling all swimmers...

I've just started swimming again (2x per week) after not swimming in a long time (I started in Jan 2020 and then stopped when the pandemic hit - I swam regularly for about a year back in 2013). Anyway, I have just been popping into the hot tub when I'm done (yea!), But last night I woke up and I was super sore all over. I think I probably should stretch some after the swim - do people just do regular K/D stretches or something else I should consider?
