This week is flying by!

Wow! I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already.

Incorporating daily foam rolling and a little Yoga each day along with this program and I feel so good.

Started using my fitness pal today, but not sure I'll keep up with it. Seems a little too time consuming for me.

Anyway, tomorrow will be the last day of week one of my first program here πŸŽ‰

My toddlers love to watch the confetti fly when it's time to hit the WORKOUT COMPLETE button ☺️

I would love to add in the booty and arm program soon, but not sure how to do it πŸ€” any suggestions?
