Today is the first day in 4 months that I decided to postpone a workout. I've been doing a really good job staying consistent, but I'm trying to do what Kelli and Daniel always say and listen to my body.
My left knee has been feeling tight lately and sometimes I feel a sharp pain in it during lower body workouts. That hasn't happened before, so I figure that means I need to give myself a rest. That combined with work stress = pizza and wine for dinner and a promise to myself to workout in the morning tomorrow instead.
