I really don’t know how I feel about protein powders, can people give me their thoughts please.
Ideally I would get all the protein I need from my food but given I’m trying to build muscle I really don’t think I’m getting enough to achieve this. I’m also wondering if upping my protein would help with general tiredness and thus resorting to grabbing carbs….
So, for anyone UK based what is a good protein powder you can get here that is not full of other not-so-good stuff, low in cals and not extortionate in price?
