Snapshot of my Fitness Blender Journey!

(anyone else say "Facebook" instead of fitness blender Everytime they read FB on here?🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't even have Facebook)

Anyway!!

I began using fitness blender at about four months postpartum with baby number three in April of this year.

I just began my first program (30 round 4) and I'm loving it!!

My goal is to be 135lb although I'm not really set on the number, I just want to be strong and healthy and a great example for my kiddos.

Sharing my calendar snapshot for July and August down below in the comment section.

July is a really hectic month here, and I became so stressed out then I got sick... I couldn't get myself to exercise 😔 but listening to my body is key and I needed a break before I became so ran down I couldn't function.
