Hello, Blenders!

Welcome to the halfway point of the work week! (Well, for most of you, anyway.)

How are you all doing today? Are you having a good week so far?

I hope so!

I got another busy day full of things to do, after yet another busy morning full of stuff already done; so let's get this check-in rollin!

What workouts do you have planned for today, Blendfriends? Or is it a rest day for you?

I'm hoping to do a workout. I was able to get my lower body routine done yesterday, so I think today's a great day for upper body work!

And what's on the menu for today, Blenders?

Not sure. But I got a ton of fresh green beans, peas, and zucchini to pick; so I'm sure we'll use some of that.

Pic is of my handsome Alpha Foxtrot, who is, just like his sisters Maisy, Bailey, and Mable, my whole world. (All my furbabies have been and always will be.) ❤️
