First Hiit since before Memorial Day - complete!

so yesterday after PT, i of course spent a long time trying to decide which video to do today 😂 -i have tons of favorites though some of the recent ones have weights -i even considered crazy thumbnail Daniel but figured that would be just a tad bit TOO much ha!

so last week i had done Tasha's Plus bored easily bodyweight Hiit in low impact mode - so thats the one i chose - woo! i almost hit max HR! and yes i stretched after!

leg feels great and now im ready for wednesday!💪🏻
