so i had PT today - told her i felt great and she once again had me doing "interval training". theres actually appointments scheduled for me all the way to september! but she said i definitely dont need them- probably just 2 more weeks.
i have PT again on thursday and tomoro she wants me to try a hiit workout at full out hiit not scaled back - uh does she know who shes talking too? 😂
also i had a pedicure saturday and could feel everything she was doing! - but still that darn piriformis muscle! grr!
