How do you keep to your fitness goals along with a fulltime job?

Hi all,

I’m starting a new job in a few days and I’m already a bit worried about how I can maintain working out 5x a week. I’ve been very good for the past month, but I’m concerned once I start working my energy levels will decrease and my motivation to exercise will fall off a cliff.

Any tips on how you manage?
