Abs challenge day 2 and work/life balance

Hello!

Its the second day of Abs challenge, it was an upper body workout which I had already done in the past, so I subbed it with a newer UB workout. I added the new 30 min walking workout before and got an hour of workouts today. :) Everything was quite low impact and I had to reduce my normal weights, so it was suitable for my current level. A walk is also on my shedule today.

I am thinking about exercising early in the morning again, so I could do my workout and work late when needed. Just these two days I exercised properly I already feel much better than the last two months, and so I need to continue with this. Its way too easy to get distracted by my research and I need to consciously look after myself. Im still learning to function properly under pressure and keep my sanity.
