so i had PT yesterday and today - my piriformis muscle still hasnt let go grr!
she has me basically doing interval traning now -
yesterday was cardio with low impact burpees and stepups and today was more weight based with squats with a medicine ball, kettlebell swings and TRX rows
im still doing low/medium intensity cardio/hiit at home-probable more towards medium ha! shh!
only 5 more appointments left on the schedule!
i did start Complete again on Monday - last time i did the advance options all the way through so its like a different program! i have swapped in some videos this first week that have been introduced while ive been unable to workout! and have definitely enjoyed them!
